- Women's Only 4 Week Challenge - BOOKED OUT - Designed specifically for women, this bootcamp focuses on ladies and the results they want to achieve. It is attended by female instructors only so that women can achieve their health and fitness goals together. Contains a mix of fat burning exercises, games, boxing, pilates and stretching.
- "VIP" Bootcamp Challenges (coming soon) - For those with larger or more serious goals, our VIP packages include both bootcamps and regular personal training sessions (1-on-1) so that you get the absolute most out of your health and fitness... FAST!
